Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
